For homeowners near stadiums & venues

Your driveway is empty on game day. Fix that.

List the space in front of your house. Drivers book it before they leave home. You get paid after they park.

  • Takes 2 minutes
  • No fee to list
  • You set your price

What you'd make

Do the math on your own driveway.

Adjust these three numbers. Most hosts near a stadium land somewhere in this range.

What counts

If a car can sit on it, you can list it.

Anywhere on your own property. Not the street out front — that part belongs to the city.

  • GarageCovered spaces earn the most

How it works for you

Three things happen. You do one of them.

  1. You list the spaceAddress, what kind of space, how many cars, your price, one photo. Two minutes on your phone, standing in the driveway.
  2. We send you driversPeople heading to the venue see your space and book it in advance. They pay straight away, and the space is theirs the moment they do.
  3. You get paidThe driver pays when they book. Money lands in your bank two days after the event. No cash, no haggling in the street.

Where this works

Close enough to walk beats cheap every time.

Within about a 20-minute walk of a venue, your space is worth real money. These are the venues we cover today:

You set your own number and change it any time, including the morning of an event.

The parts people ask about

Before you hand a stranger your driveway.

  • Bookings confirm instantlyA driver pays and the space is theirs. No request to answer, nothing to do on game day.
  • Your address is shown on your listingDrivers need to know where they are going before they book, so the address and a map pin are public. Gate codes and parking instructions are not — those go only to someone who has paid.
  • Money moves through usThe driver pays at booking. Nobody negotiates in your driveway.
  • Call your insurer firstMost homeowners policies exclude commercial liability. A rider is usually cheap. We'd rather you ask now than find out later.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this legal where I live?

Renting your own driveway or garage is generally allowed. Renting the public street in front of your house is not, and we don't list street spaces. Some cities restrict parking on unpaved surfaces, and some HOAs have rules about it. Check your city code and your HOA before you list a yard.

What if someone doesn't leave?

Bookings have an end time, and drivers are charged for overstays. If a car is still there after that, contact us and we'll handle the driver. Don't tow without reading your local ordinance first.

Do I have to be home?

No. Most hosts aren't. For a driveway or open lot, the driver just pulls in. For a garage, you'll need to arrange access.

Is this taxable income?

Yes. You'll get a 1099 if you cross the reporting threshold for the year. Talk to whoever does your taxes — we're not able to advise on that.

What does it cost me?

Listing is free, and you keep 100% of your daily price. Drivers pay a $2.99 booking fee on top, so nothing comes out of your payout and you never write us a check.

Can I block off dates?

Any time. Block a weekend, pause the listing for a month, or delete it. Your driveway is still yours.

The cars are already circling your block.

Put up a listing before the next event and find out what your driveway is worth.
